The Scaffolding Walk Board forming machine is non-standard customized machine.

 It can produce several different types of scaffolding walk board such as marine usage, construction usages, 

and non-slip types.


KINGREAL can provide machines to produce: a variety of C-type punching and flanging hole scaffolding walk

 board forming machines, and Korean marine closed welding scaffolding walk board automatic forming production lines.

KINGREAL provide C-type/Korean-style marine/European-style building scaffolding plank forming 

production line is customized equipment, which can integrate many processes required for production 

according to the different needs of customers, such as automatic material changers, cutting and stamping 

systems, and complex Welding, riveting, bending, handling and packaging systems.


All these will bring huge added value to increase production capacity. The cold-formed production line equipment 

produced by it: the material of the rolled material includes cold-rolled steel strip, hot-rolled steel strip, pickling plate 

(steel strip), color steel plate (steel strip), galvanized steel strip and stainless steel strip, etc. 

The manufacturing machine can handle 0.2mm-12mm thick metal plates; the dimensional accuracy of the produced profiles

 can be controlled within 0.05mm, which has a leading advantages in the domestic industry.

2.1 Unwinding and leveling integrated machine

Technical parameters of unwinder and leveling machine:

Sheet width: ≤200 mm; material thickness ≤2.5mm;

The inner diameter of the material roll: φ508mm; The expansion and contraction range of the inner diameter is 480-520 mm;

Maximum outer diameter of material roll: φ1200mm; carrying weight: ≤4T


Components Features

 



a. The unwinding rack is integrated with the leveling machine, which does not take up space and is easy to operate. The variable diameter supporting device is used to facilitate loading and unloading

b. The whole machine adopts an integral steel body, which has a solid structure, stable operation, small area and space saving.

c. After the roller is heat-treated and quenched to HRC58 degrees, it is chrome plated and then ground, which has strong durability.

2.2 NCF500 Servo Feeder


a. Function: feeding

b. Structural features: Driven by servo motor. Multi-stage feeding: 10 groups of different feeding lengths can be input, and each group provides 999 stamping times. The LCD touch display is convenient to change and set various technical parameters. The automatic induction start system is linked with the punch (control the start of the punch).

Motor configuration: 380V4.4KW 4 poles, air compressor needs to be equipped separately. (The flow rate is 0.5m3/min; the pressure is 0.6MPa.)

Structure: JF21-125, punch punch

Punching machine: The machine body is welded by steel plate, with good rigidity and beautiful appearance.

the length is fixed by the encoder, and the fiber is fixed. The cutting length can be set by yourself.

Electrical Control System

 


- The whole line adopts PLC control, LCD touch screen, man-machine interface. Realize the interaction between human and PLC. The operator automatically runs through the set program (programmable control) and monitors the control process, so that the operator can control the production line and modify the control parameters, and can monitor the equipment operating status, operating parameters and fault indications in real time. The length of the part is set digitally, and the length of the part can be adjusted. Real-time monitoring of equipment operating status and fault indication.




- There are two operation modes: manual and automatic. With manual and automatic switching functions: in the manual state, it can be operated as a stand-alone machine, which is convenient for maintenance; in the automatic state, the whole line of production runs and starts in sequence; the whole line has an emergency stop button, which is easy to handle emergency accidents and ensure equipment and operators Safety.


- There is a manual operation panel beside the machine to facilitate the operation of workers.


- The monitoring function of the whole line: real-time monitoring of the operation status of the production line to realize the monitoring of the production status of each station;
